Here's a map of Norway and Sweden, with the big green dots indicating where I have visited, and pink names being the names of those places.
To give you an idea how far apart these cities and towns are, by train it takes 6.5 to 7 hours to go west from Oslo to Arna, and 4 hours to go south from Oslo to Göteborg.
